The following are the necessary terms and conditions for placing wholesale orders with DOG Bakery by Pets Naturally
New customers must fill out a Wholesale Application and be approved before orders can be placed. The application can be found on our website at Wholesale Application. Once approved, you will receive a personal login and password to begin ordering.
Minimum Orders: $100.00 Minimum to open an account. Reorder minimum is $100.00. All products must be ordered in "minimum quantity" increments.
Payment Terms: Credit Card required. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are the only accepted forms of payment.
Orders: They can be placed online (with a valid credit card) through our Wholesale page, or you can call during business hours at 231-944-1944, whichever is most convenient.
Items: A complete list of treats available for purchase can be found on our Wholesale page. You must use your login and password for access.
Lead Time: 7 calendar days. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Holidays are considered non-work days and will affect lead times.
We recommend that you place your orders before 2:00 pm EST on Monday for shipping the following Monday.
Freight: FedEx Ground. You will be responsible for those charges. We do not add handling charges. Arrangements for expedited freight can be made if necessary. Local customers may also choose to Pick Up their orders, but lead times (described above) still apply.
Prices: Subject to change without notice.
Resale & Online-Sales Restrictions
- Private labeling or rebranding of our products is strictly prohibited.
- Our decorated treats may not be sold through any online store.
- Wholesale customers who operate or sell online, whether exclusively online or in addition to physical retail, may only sell our undecorated treats.
Important Note
Wholesale accounts are given at the discretion of Dog Bakery management and may be revoked at any time.
